Stan Cline artist of nostalgia scenes and historian, is a second generation native of
"The City of the Angels". He attended the Art Center College
of Design and was a member of Mayor Bradley's Citizens Advisory
Committee to bring rapid transit to Los Angeles.
|
In 1977, civic pride and the realization that many of the cherished old landmarks were rapidly
disappearing, inspired Mr. Cline to start capturing nostalgic scenes of
Los Angeles and surrounding areas on canvas. These landmarks were a such
a big part of our lives back then and Mr. Cline did not want us to
forget them.
Stan Cline is very pleased that you have made the time to visit his Web Site and hopes
you will enjoy visiting often.
